but I also concur that means that those that want to a cohesive community of their own ethnic group, and resolve their and revive their beautiful traditions, comprised of a specific "color of skin" are free to encourage and educate their children to grow up and marry within their own ethnic groups (and skin color) and discouraged from marrying and spawning children with another.
