Reading this as a man trying to purge himself from all penchant of being "a narcissist" to a woman who is trying to avoid narcissistic abuse as described by this video while pretending the author has absolutely no narcissistic personality disorders of her own nor could possibly consider these defense tactics as her own brand of narcissism :

Gracefully and happily take all negative criticism at face value and blindly accept no one makes false accusations ever.
