Brian who was born around 1974-ish from Bluffton Ohio, must be aroun 47 y.o. now.

Brian was the Victim of a stupid community of criminally negligent parents and so was the 4 year old who shot him with a pointless toy bow and arrow, because at age 4 he had no concept of physics and what that arrow would do to Brian's head.  The 4 year old boy didn't ask for the bow and arrow, but thought of it as nothing more than a toy.
