This is simply not true: an individual has the right to appeal to a higher administrative body within the Bahai community, or if in severe cases, for the sake "The Best Beloved of all things" "Justice", become an Ex-Bahai and whistleblow alll illegal immoral activity to whoever owns the military and police. The Bahai Faith has no military or police might. Repetitively the Universal House of Justice says defer to you local dictator (the government) in matters of illegal activity instead of whine to their impotent administrative order (because there is no bahai military or militia! duh). Child abuse issues orchestrated by a a fake branch bahai adminstration will have its ass handed to them one way or another, especially in matters of pedophile coverrups.
